Ingredients

  • 4 slices organic sprouted bread
  • 8 slices of cucumber
  • 8 slices red tomatoes
  • 1/16 cup miso
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 leaf boston lettuce

Instructions

Mix the tahini and miso to make a paste. Toast the bread. Spread miso mixture on bread. Add the cucumber, tomatoes and Boston lettuce leaves.

Comments

I first had this sandwich in Denver in the early seventies. It’s still a great sandwich.
