Queso oaxaca quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 4 sprouted corn tortilla
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 4 slice onion
  • 1 cup queso fresco
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce
 

Instructions

Sliced thin cheese.
Put splash of olive oil in frying pan.
Place  tortilla on pan. Spread cheese, onions and 2 spinach leaves on top.
Fold tortilla in half. Cook until Golden brown. Flip. Fry for a few minutes
Serve with Hot Sauce and avocado

Comments

Queso oaxaca is an excellent cheese for making quesadilla. Spinach and onions are combined with the melted chesse.
