Ingredients

  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 1 /2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 10 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup salsa
 

Instructions

Heat up skillet with olive oil. When skillet is hot place one tortilla in skillet until it gets soft, about 5-10 seconds. Repeat until all 4 are done.
 
 
Spoon cottage cheese on the top of each tortilla.
Cook in olive oil until tortillais crispy.
 
Put on serving plate and serve. You can garnish with fresh cilantro, salsa and fresh lime.
