Cauliflower and potato with chickpea flour

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower diced
- 1 large potato diced fine
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/8 teaspoon Asafotida(hing)
- 2 cloves garlic diced fine
- 1 whole jalapeno pepper diced fine
- salt to taste
Chickpea mixture
- 1/3 cup chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon mango powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 whole juiced lime
Instructions
Boil potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Heat up pan. When pan is hot add the coconut oil. When oil is hot add the cumin seeds, hing, jalapeno pepper and garlic. Sauté until garlic is golden brown. Add the cauliflower, potatoes and a dash of water. Cover and cook for around 4 minutes.
While cauliflower is cooking add all ingredients for the chickpea mixture into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
When cauliflower is cooked sprinkle the chickpea mixture over the cauliflower. Do not stir. Turn down heat and simmer for around 4 minutes.
