Ingredients
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 fillet mahi mahi
- 2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tablespoons shallots
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/8 cup lemon juice
- 2 leaves kaffir lime leaves
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
Instructions
Place 2 cups water, fish sauce, turmeric, paprika, shallots, garlic, lemon juice, kefir leaves in blender. Blend for a few minutes.
Heat up pot. Add coconut oil. When oil is hot add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When seeds pop add the blender mixture. Sauté for a few minutes to bring out the spices. Add the mahi mahi and cook for around 7 minutes or until fish is done.
