Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons shallots
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 roll Rolls, french

Instructions

In skillet add olive oil. When oil is hot add the spinach and sauté for a few minutes until spinach is done. Add all ingredients except for the bread in blender. Blend until smooth.
 

Comments

This is a classic East meets West recipe. Spinach and spices along with sliced baguette makes a great appetizer.
