Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 head diced cabbage
  • 1 tablespoon diced fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoon tamari
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 8 oz penne
  • 1 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

Heat peanut in wok.
Add fresh ginger and diced Chinese cabbage.
Saute for a few minutes.
In mixing bowl add tamari, rice vinegar and curry powder. Mix well
Add sauce to wok.
 
In another pan boil water. When water is boiling add the penne. Cook for around 11 minutes or until done. Drain the penne and add to the cabbage.
 
Cook for few minutes more. Drizzle sesame oil on top of vegetables and penne. Stir.
 

Comments

This is a quick recipe to make. You can add tofu or chicken for protein. I love the different flavors.
