Ingredients
- 16 oz steak
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons oregano
Salsa
- 1/2 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 whole jalapeno pepper
- 10 sprigs fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- dash of salt
- 4 tortilla corn tortillas
Instructions
Combine all salsa ingredients together.
Heat up skillet. When skillet is hot add your butter. When butter is hot add the steak. Sprinkle oregano over the steak. Sauté the steak for a few minutes. Flip over. Sauté for another few minutes. Both sides should be done.
Serve with guacamole tomatillo salsa

When I lived in Oregon my friend Torrey and I would have Monday taco nights at a Mexican restaurant. It was your classic hole in the wall but the best tacos outside of Mexico. This is a varation of the tacos we would eat
