Ingredients

Chicken

  • 8 oz Chicken, skin (drumsticks and thighs), raw
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Spices

  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 dash salt

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 400
Place all spices into a paper bag. Shake. Add chicken. Shake.
Add olive oil to glass casserole dish. Spread all over pan. Add the chicken. Cook for 20 minutes then flip over chicken. Cook for another 10 minutes or until chicken is done.

 
 

Comments

This is the Persian style of shake and bake chicken. It ’s spicy. I love it.
