Ingredients

Ingredients

  •  2 fillet whitefish
  • 2 medium diced potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
  • 1/2 cup pomegranates
 

Instructions

Heat up pan with water and potatoes. Bring to a boil and then simmer for around 10 minutes or until potatoes are cooked. Take off burner and strain. Set aside.
 
Heat up skillet. When skillet is hot add the olive oil. Sauté the onions and garlic until they are golden brown. Add the vanilla and stir for around 30 seconds.
 
Add the whitefish. Cook for a few minutes. Turn the fish over and cook for another few minutes. Add the potatoes, salt, pepper and pomegranate. Stir and cook for another minute.
