Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup walnuts
- 16 small asparagus
- 8 oz goat cheese
- 1 dash salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Heat up skillet. Add walnuts and roast for a few minutes. Do not burn them. Take off heat and place in bowl. Wipe skillet with paper towel.
Add olive oil to skillet. When oil is hot sauté the asparagus for a few minutes. Do not overcook them Add the goat cheese and stir until the cheese is melted. Add the walnuts and sauté for another minutes or so. Add the salt and pepper.
