Ingredients
- 9 medium eggs
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 1 cup asparagus
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 dash salt
Instructions
Pre heat oven to broil
Heat up skillet. Add olive oil. When oil is hot add the onions and garlic. Sauté on medium for a few minutes. Add the asparagus. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the salt and pepper.
Wisk the eggs. Add the eggs to the skillet. Cook on medium for a few minutes.
Put in oven for around 4 to 5 minutes. Eggs should be golden brown.
