Ingredients

Ingredients

  •  1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 2 teaspoons stevia
  • 1 cup carob powder
  • 1/2 cup macadamia nuts

Instructions

Place all ingredients into glass bowl and mix until stevia id dissolved. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour. Pour mixture into ice cream make and churn for 15 minutes. Add nuts at the end. Ice cream will have a soft creamy texture. If you want it firmer place in freezer overnight.
