Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tamarind
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup honey to taste
Instructions
Break open tamarind pods. Add put to pan along with the water. Boil for 10 minutes. Add honey . Let it cool to room temperature and then place in the refrigerator overnight.

I used to love to have this drink in Mexico. It ’s sweet and sour.
