Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 oz goat Cheese
- 1/2 medium red onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 8 oz shrimp
Instructions
Pre heat oven to broil
Heat up skillet. When skillet is hot add the olive oil. When oil is hot add the red onion and garlic. Sauté on medium heat. Add the shrimp. Sprinkle the shredded goat cheese on top of the shrimp.
Place in oven and broil for around 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
