Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
- 3 leaves curry leaves
- 2 cups diced sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
Heat up pan. When pan is hot add the ghee. Add the curry leaves, mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When seeds begin to pop add the onions. Sauté until the onions are golden brown. Add your spices and sauté for 1 minute. Add your chicken and diced sweet potatoes. Add 1/4 cup water. Cook for 20 minutes.
