Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken breast diced
  • 1.cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
 

Instructions

Heat up pan. Sauté  diced chicken in olive oil until done. Add the tomatoes and saute for a few minutes. Add the chocolate chips and cook until they melt. Serve

Comments

I made this dish up recently when I was out of mole. I wanted a simple chicken dish with a hint of chocolate.
