Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 10 whole cherry tomatoes
  • 1medium diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced carrots
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons spicy broad bean sauce
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
 

Instructions

Cook couscous according to directions on box.
 
Heat up pan. Add coconut oil. Sauté  onion until done. Add the rest of the vegetables.
Cook until done. Add the spicy broad bean fish sauce. Mix the vegetables with the couscous and serve.

I made up this recipe when I was low in ingredients at home. Quick and easy to make.
