Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 16 oz ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons kecap manis

Garnish

  • 8 leaf boston lettuce
 

Instructions


Preheat oven to 425.
 
Dice the onions. Cut up the fresh basil.
 
Place all ingredients into a glass bowl and mix well.
 
With your hands roll up the turkey into 8 round balls. Place on cookie sheet. Bake for around 25 to 30 minutes.
 

Comments

I made this recipe up recently. I wanted something similar to a lettuce wrap but made out of turkey. This is a great dish.
