Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups black beans
  • 1 medium celery
  • 1 cup chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons kecap manis
 

Condiment

  • 1 whole papadum(Indian potato chips)
 

Instructions

Cut up chicken breast into bite pieces. Add olive oil to pan. Sauté chicken in olive oil until done. Add the celery and sauté until celery is transparent. Add the beans and  kecap manis. Cook for around 5 minutes.
Cook papadum according to instructions on package.

I made this up recently when I wanted a quick and easy black bean dish. It has less than 6 ingredients.
