Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups string beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup,slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup cranberries (dried)
  • 8 oz goat cheese
  • dash of salt
  • 1 dash pepper
 

Instructions

Heat up pan. When pan is hot add the olive oil and ghee. Sauté the onions and garlic for a few minutes. Add the string beans and sauté until done. Add the dried cranberries, spices and the goat cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.

This is a great dish to make for Thanksgiving or any time of the year.
