Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
  • 2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon saffron
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 2 large zucchini
  • 2 cups water
  • pinch of salt
 

Instructions

Heat up pan. Add ghee. When ghee is hot add the mustard and cumin seeds. When seeds pop add the tomato. Cook until golden brown. Add your spices and 1/4 cup water. Cook for around one minute. Add 2 cups water. Stir. Add diced chicken and diced zucchini. Cook for around 10 minutes. Add salt to taste.

This is a very easy recipe to make. The saffron and turmeric make the dish.
