Japanese pancakes

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup dashi broth
    1 medium egg
    2 cups shredded cabbage
    1 medium carrot grated
    1 small zucchini grated
    1 stalk green onion sliced
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
   

Instructions

Mix dashi or water with flour. Mix well. Add eggs and tamari. Mix until you have a pancake batter.
 Chop fine ginger. Chop scallions, carrot and Chinese cabbage.
 Mix pancake mixture with vegetables. 
 In frying pan heat up oil. Ladle mixture in pan to make pancakes.
 Turn over the pancake. Cook until golden brown. Serve with tamari as sauce.

When Im in the mood for something different I make this dish. Its different and taste good. When I lived in Miami Beach a friend of mine gave me this recipe.
