Ingredients
- 12 oz loaf sourdough bread
- 3 tablespoons grape seed mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon pickled ginger
- 1 medium tomato sliced
- 8 slices of cucumber
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 4 tablespoons grated horseradish or daikon
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1/16 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/16 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl add the carrots and daikon. Add a dash of sesame oil and a dash of rice vinegar.
In another mixing bowl add the mayonnaise and the sriracha hot chili sauce. Mix well
Cut bread loaf in half with a knife. Do not go all the way through. Fold open the bread and spread the mayonnaise on one side of the bread. Layer the cheese on the other side.
Bake in oven for 5 minutes.

Comments
This is a variation of a Vietnamese sandwich. The French had a great amount of influence with the people of Vietnam. This kind of sandwich is sold throughout Vietnam. This is one of my favorites.
