Ingredients

  • 2 cups garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 small onion 
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley 
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 3 cloves garlic 
  • 1 medium egg  
  • 2 teaspoon cumin powder 
  •  teaspoon coriander powder 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice 
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1/4 cup Whole Wheat flour 

 

Instructions

Pre heat oven to 400.
Put all ingredients in food processor. Blend until you have a smooth paste. Scope falafel unto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
 

Comments

The first time I ever had falafels was in Vancouver British Colombia. I had some friends who invited my girlfriend and me to dinner at their house. I loved how tasty and spicy they were. They were served with tahini sauce.
