Spinach quiche

Ingredients

1 cup milk
1 cup half and half milk
3 medium eggs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup jarlsberg cheese
1 prebaked pie crust
1 cup spinach

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Sauté spinach with a dash of olive oil. Cook until spinach is done. Add dash of salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Mix eggs, salt, milk, pepper and nutmeg. I put mine into food processor and pulse for a few times.
Add your spinach unto crust. Pour mixture into crust
Add your grated cheese.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until top is golden Brown.

I love spinach quiche. My Mom and Dad used to serve this to us for brunch when I was a kid. I still love it today.
