Ingredients

  • 2 cups arugula
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 8 slice goat milk cheese
  • 1/4 cup walnuts

Instructions

Arrange arugula on salad plate and sprinkle walnuts on salad. Sprinkle olive oil and balsamic vinegar on salad. Add four slices of goat milk cheese to plate.
