Chinese pot stickers mixture

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • dash of salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 tablespoon sambal oelek(chili paste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/8 tablespoon Mirin Rice Cooking Wine
  • 1/8 teaspoon tamari 
  • 1/8 teaspoon  sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

Heat up wok or pan. Add coconut oil to pan. When oil is hot add the onions and sauté them until they are golden. Add your cabbage. Add all the spices from above.
Cook until they have the texture you like. I like mine to be still somewhat crunchy.
Add your spinach and cook until the spinach is wilted.
