Defrost your pot stickers. If they are easy to peel off then they are ready to use.
Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture onto dough. Fold dough in half to create a semi-circle. Most fingers with water and crump the edges so the seal the edges. Do this one by one for all your pot stickers you are going to make.
Heat up skillet with peanut oil. When oil is hot add your pot stickers usually around 6 in a batch. Sauté until both sides are brown. When they are golden brown add 1/4 cup water and put a lid on immediately. Be careful not to get burned by the oil.
Cook for a few minutes until the pot sticker’s dough is cooked.
Take off burner and serve with tamari (soy sauce) and rice mirin.
Before you begin the next batch wipe out skillet with paper towel.

I love pot stickers. These are very easy to make. I love the texture of being crunchy and moist at the same time.
