Baked Garlic
- 1 whole head of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
For Toast

Instructions
Baked Garlic -
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Remove outer skin from garlic. Place garlic in a muffin pan. Sprinkle olive oil on top of garlic.
Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes

Mix the olive oil and baked garlic together to make a paste. Spread on toast. Serve
