Shrimp and string bean subji

Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
• 1 tablespoon tomato paste
• 1/4 cup water
• 1/2 medium onion diced
• 12 large shrimp
• 1 cup diced string beans
• 1 oz coconut flakes garnish
 

Instructions

Dice the onion. Dice the string beans. Heat up pan with 1 tablespoon coconut oil.
When oil is hot sauté the onions. When onions are golden brown add your spices. Sauté them for around 30 seconds. Add you water and tomato paste. Sauté for another minute. You might need to add more water. Sauce should be like a gravy consistency.
Add your string beans and cook beans until tender.
Add your shrimp and cook for a few minutes until shrimp are cooked. Garnish with coconut flakes.
