Ingredients

  • 2 slice bread
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 16 tablespoons romesco sauce
 

Instructions

 
Fry your eggs to be over easy. In other skillet heat up the romesco sauce until it get hot.
Toast your bread. Add egg on top of each toast. Spoon your sauce on top of the egg.
 

Comments

I love fried eggs and romesco sauce over toast. The Spanish really have subtle flavors that work together well. Who could not like a sauce of roasted red bell peppers, roasted hazelnuts and roast garlic infused in olive oil?
