Shrimp tomato pesto sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 large shrimp
  • 1/8 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon pesto sauce
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 large roasted red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 whole key lime juice

Instructions

 
Put 1 can fire roasted tomatoes in blender. Blend. Add sprinkle of olive oil. Add pesto sauce. Blend.
Heat up sauce until it boils and then let it simmer for 15 minutes. Add pinch of salt.
 
 
Sauté shrimp in olive oil. Juice one key lime or lime. Put over shrimp. Splash Worchester sauce over shrimp. Cook shrimp until done.
On toasted sourdough bread spread the tomato pesto sauce over bread. Add the shrimp. Add the roasted bell pepper slices. Serve
