Ingredients

  • 4 medium eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol
  • 8 large shrimp
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon  pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon  paprika
  • 1/3 tablespoon sambal oelek(chili paste)

Instructions

With fork whisk your eggs and milk together. Add you salt, pepper and paprika. Whisk.
Heat up skillet. Add a splash of olive oil. When oil is hot add your shrimp. Add a splash of vanilla. Cook until shrimp is done. Add your eggs and stir until eggs become scrambled. Add the chili paste and then serve.
