Ingredients

  • 2 medium  poached eggs
  • 1/4  whole avocados
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or Cambodian mayonnaise                           
  • 2 muffin English Muffins

Instructions

Make Cambodian mayonnaise

Poach your eggs. I use a poached eggs pan where the eggs are streamed. In the meantime put your English muffin in the toaster. Toast. Spread Cambodian mayonnaise on top of muffin. Spread avocado on top. When poached egg is done put egg on top.

This is so much better than McDonalds. The Cambodian mayonnaise, avocado and poached egg over an English muffin is absolutely delicious.
