Ingredients

  • 8 large Shrimp
  • 1/3 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 1/2 medium diced onion
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tortilla corn tortillas

Instructions

Heat up skillet. When skillet is hot add the olive oil. Add the shrimp. Add 1 teaspoon Thai curry paste and 1/4 cup water. Mix so paste is dissolved. Cook for around 5 minutes at low temperature.
Heat up corn tortillas over gas burner or in skillet.
On serving plate put your scrimp on corn tortilla. Add your avocado and sliced onions. Sprinkle hot sauce on top. Fold and serve.
 
 

Comments

This shrimp taco is cooked with Thai curry paste. It gives the taco a lemongrass flavor. I ’m sure you are going to like this.
