Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon sherry
  • dash of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

Heat up skillet. Add olive oil and butter. When oil is hot add the mushrooms and sauté for a few minutes. Add a splash of sherry to the pan. Sauté for a few minutes. Add your salt and pepper.
