Ingredients

  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup Rose Hips, wild (Northern Plains Indians)
  • 1/3 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 8 fl oz PERRIER water
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Vanilla extract, imitation, no alcohol

Instructions

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 2 heaping teaspoons of chopped rose hips. Steep the herbal tea, covered, for 15 minutes and strain.
 
Mix the rose water tea and 1 cup mineral water together. Add a splash of vanilla.
 
Sweeten the refreshing, slightly sour tea with honey, if desired.


Comments

How refreshing is rose hips tea with mineral water and a dash of vanilla. Rose hips are extremely high in vitamin C.
