Ingredients
- 3 medium eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 cup spinach
- 10 large black olives
- 1/2 medium diced onion
- 3 cloves diced garlic
- dash of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to broil broil
Sauté in olive oil the onions, garlic and spinach. Add salt, pepper and dash of paprika. Add your olives and feta cheese.
Whisk Eggs. Add Salt, Pepper to egg mixture. Add Milk Whisk.
Pour the eggs over spinach mixture. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Put pan in broiler until top turns golden brown. Takes around 5 minutes.
