Ingredients

  • 4 sprouted corn tortilla
  • 1 cup nopales
  • 1 cup Cheese, white, queso blanco
  • 1 teaspoon  olive oil

Instructions

Make nopalitos
 
 
Sliced thin cheese.
Put splash of olive oil in frying pan.
Place  tortilla on pan. Spread cheese and nopalitos on top.
Fold tortilla in half. Cook until Golden brown. Flip. Fry for a few minutes
Serve with Hot Sauce and guacamole

I love this version of a Quesadilla. It contains cactus salad and melted queso blanco cheese in a tortilla.
