- 4 oz brie cheese
- 2 tablespoons mango chutney
- 2 tortilla flour tortillas
Instructions
Spread Brie cheese on flour tortilla.
Put in broiler until cheese melts. Spread Mango chutney on tortilla.
Fold tortilla in half and serve

Comments
This is a very easy appetizer. The mango chutney really gives the dish a great flavor. I first made this recipe in Maui during the nineties.
