- 1/4 pound Beef, top sirloin, steak, separable lean and fat, trimmed to 1/8" fat, select, raw
- 1/8 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
- 3 teaspoons niter kebbeh
- 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
- salt to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Put sirloin in food processor or blender. Blend until meat is chopped upturn heat on burner to low Melt Nitr Kebe in pan. Add your cayenne pepper and cardamom powder.
Add you meat and cook for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
