Ingredients

  • 24 large cooked shrimp
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 oz Chardonnay
  • dash of salt
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha hot chili sauce 

Instructions

Heat up skillet. Add olive oil to pan. When oil is hot add your onions. Sauté until onion are cooked but not golden brown. Add your paprika. Stir constantly for 1 minute then add your wine, sriracha hot chili sauce and your shrimp. Turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt to taste. Serve with 2 slices of bread on the side to soak up the sauce.
