Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup spanish peanuts
  • 2 oz coconut flakes
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Instructions

Preheat oven to 275
In mixing bowl mix the oats, sesame seeds, cashews, peanuts and coconut flakes.
Heat up oil and honey in saucepan until honey is melted. Add a dash of vanilla. Pour liquid into the oat mixture and mix well.
 
Place on cookie sheet and spread out on sheet. Cook for 50 minutes. Take out of oven and put back into bowl. Add your raisins. Mix and then serve.
