Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup half and half milk
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • 4 teaspoons stevia
  • 1/4 cup  casaba melon 
  • 1/8 teaspoon pandon

Instructions

Cut up hami and put into blender. Add the half and half milk. Blend.
Place all ingredients into glass bowl and mix until stevia id is dissolved. Place in refrigerator for at least one hour. Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn for 15 minutes.
Ice cream will have a soft creamy texture. If you want it firmer place in freezer overnight.
