Ingredients
- 1 cup Thai purple rice
- 2 cups coconut milk
- dash of salt
- 1 cup lychee
Instructions
Heat up coconut milk and bring to boil. Add rice and bring to boil. Add salt. Turn down heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
When rice is done take off burner. Let the rice rest for a few minutes. Add a tea cup of rice to serving plate. Garnish with rambutan.
