Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1/8 cup miso
  • 1 stalk diced scallion
  • 1/2 block tofu diced fine
  • 2 nori sheets cut into thin slices
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon pickled ginger

Instructions

Heat up water in pan. Bring to a simmer. You don’t want to boil the water. Add all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
