Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1/8 cup miso
- 1 stalk diced scallion
- 1/2 block tofu diced fine
- 2 nori sheets cut into thin slices
- 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon pickled ginger
Instructions
Heat up water in pan. Bring to a simmer. You don’t want to boil the water. Add all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
