Ingredients

  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 medium diced carrot
  • 1/4 cup miso
  • 1 stalk diced scallion
  • 1/2 cube  tofu diced fine
  • 2 nori sheets cut into thin slices
  • 1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon pickled ginger
 

Instructions

Heat up water in pan. Bring to a simmer. You do not want to boil the water. Add all ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.

I love miso soup with spinach and carrots. It is a very healthy soup to make.
