Green peppers with chickpea sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 5 leaves curry leaves
- 1/2 medium onion diced
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- salt to taste
chickpea sauce
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 /4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 cup water
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients for the chickpea sauce and stir until you have a thick sauce. Set aside bowl.
Heat up skillet. When skillet is hot add the ghee. When ghee is hot add the mustard seeds and curry leaves. When the seeds begin to pop add the onions and turmeric. Sauté until they are golden brown. When the onions are done add the green peppers. Cook for around 8 to 10 minutes or until they are done. Add the chickpea sauce and 1/2 cup of water. Stir until you have a nice sauce. You may need to add more water. The sauce should not be too thin or too thick. Add salt to taste.
