Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon Asafotida(hing)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/3 cup Chickpea flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon mango powder

Instructions

Wash green pepper and Cut into small pieces.
Dry on cloth for one hour.
Heat little oil in a frying pot, add cumin, fennel seeds, asafetida, and turmeric powder.
Add green pepper pieces.
Add coriander powder, red chili powder, salt as per requirement.
Heat till green pepper cooked.
Add gram flour. For one lb. green pepper add about 5 teaspoonful gram flour.
Mix it all till it is dried.
Add little ground raw mango powder(Amchur) as per taste.
